General Incorporated Association EARTH (hereafter ‘the Association’) handles personal information received through enquiries and other communications appropriately, in accordance with the following policy.

The Association collects personal information such as names, organisations, email addresses and enquiry details through contact forms and other lawful and fair means.
2. How we use it
Personal information is used to respond to enquiries, contact people about media, events and collaborations, and provide information about the Association’s activities. It will not be used beyond these purposes.

The Association will not disclose personal information to third parties without the individual’s consent, except where required by law.
